Agreement
By creating an account, depositing or playing any game at National Casino, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the site. We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher. You must be legally allowed to gamble online where you live. National Casino is licensed offshore and does not hold a US state license. Access is permitted only where local law allows it.
Employees, affiliates and immediate family members of National Casino or its service providers may not hold player accounts. Only one account is permitted per person, household, device and IP address unless approved in writing by management.
Registration and Account Security
You must provide accurate information during registration. Using a false name, address or date of birth is grounds for account closure and forfeiture of balances. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure. Notify support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
Verification (KYC)
We verify identity before the first withdrawal and may request documents earlier for security or regulatory reasons. Required documents typically include:
Government-issued photo ID.
Proof of address dated within the last three months.
Proof of ownership for the payment method used.
Verification is usually completed within a few hours. Large withdrawals or unusual activity may take longer. Accounts that fail verification may be suspended.
Deposits and Withdrawals
Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your name. We do not accept third-party deposits. Minimum and maximum limits are shown in the cashier and may vary by method and currency.
Withdrawals are processed back to the same method used to deposit, when possible. If that is not possible, we will use a bank transfer or an alternative method in your name. We reserve the right to split large withdrawals across multiple transactions.
Pending withdrawals can be reversed from the cashier until they are processed. Once processed, the funds are outside our control and subject to the payment provider's timelines.
Bonuses and Wagering
All bonuses are optional. By claiming a bonus you agree to its specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, max bet, expiry date and max win. General bonus terms apply unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
Bonus abuse, including creating multiple accounts to claim offers, is prohibited. We may void bonuses and winnings if abuse is detected.
Prohibited Conduct
Players may not use software assistance, bots, collusion, fraud or any method to gain an unfair advantage. Players may not exploit software bugs. Any winnings obtained through prohibited conduct are void.
Account Closure and Self-Exclusion
You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Self-exclusion can be set from the Responsible Gambling page. During self-exclusion you may not open a new account or access gambling services.
Limitation of Liability
National Casino provides games on an as-is basis. We are not liable for losses caused by internet outages, device failure, third-party payment delays or force majeure events. Our total liability is limited to the amount of funds in your account at the time of the claim.
Disputes
If you have a complaint, contact support first. If the issue is not resolved, you may escalate to the licensing authority or an independent ADR provider. Full details are on the Complaints page.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable under our offshore license. Any legal proceedings shall take place in the jurisdiction of the licensing authority unless otherwise agreed.
Intellectual Property
All content on the National Casino website, including logos, graphics, text and software, is owned by National Casino or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute or reverse-engineer any part of the site without written permission. Game content is provided under license from third-party providers and is protected by copyright.
Bonus Abuse and Irregular Play
Bonus abuse includes creating multiple accounts, using stolen identities, hedging bets to meet wagering with minimal risk, and exploiting software errors. We reserve the right to void bonuses, confiscate winnings and close accounts involved in abuse. Decisions are made by the fraud and compliance team and are final unless successfully appealed through the complaints procedure.
Dormant Accounts
If your account shows no login or transaction activity for 12 consecutive months, it may be classified as dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee deducted from the balance, provided local law allows it. We will notify you by email before any fees are charged.
Taxes
National Casino does not withhold taxes on winnings. Players are responsible for reporting gambling income according to the laws of their country or state. We can provide transaction history on request to help with tax reporting.
Affiliate and Marketing Partners
National Casino works with affiliate partners who publish reviews and comparisons. Affiliates are paid for referring players, but they do not process payments, handle support or manage accounts. Any claim made by an affiliate site is not binding on National Casino. The terms on this page and in the cashier are the only authoritative terms.
Severability
If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest of the terms remain in effect. We will replace the invalid provision with a valid one that comes closest to the original intent.
Entire Agreement
These terms, together with the privacy policy, responsible gambling policy, cookie policy and any bonus-specific terms you accept, form the entire agreement between you and National Casino. No oral promise or marketing material changes these terms unless it is posted here.
Language and Communication
The official language of these terms is English. Translations may be provided for convenience, but in case of a conflict, the English version prevails. We will send account-related communications to the email address you provided. It is your responsibility to keep that address current and to check it regularly for important notices.
